Hui Tou Xiang Chili Oil

Cilantro, Bay Leaf, Green Onions? We saw quite a few ingredients in this jar that we aren't used to seeing in chili crisp and we knew we had to try it! This one is certainly more on the "chili oil" side rather than "chili crisp" which makes it great for dumplings or using the extra oil for sautee-ing!
