Kelp Chili Crisp

Despite having no fruit in the ingredients, "fruity" is the first word that came to mind for this one! Barnacle foods made this delectable chili crisp with Alaskan Kelp and more traditional ingredients like onion, garlic, Arbol chilies. It's not a very hot jar, coming in between and 4 and a 5 on our heat scale. Between not being overly hot and being a very unique flavor profile, this is definitely one you need to add to your collection! We find it pairs nicely with salads, sandwiches, or anything you want to "brighten" up.
