Maui Chili Medium Kine

We love Maui Maui Chili oil, the Mild is exceptionally bright and fruity and the Spicy is the hottest jar we've tried. This "Medium" variety has similar ingredients and notes of the other two which is to be expected, and while you might be tempted to start with their "medium" we'd recommend the mild or spicy, This jar is amazing and does not fall short of being a great chili oil, but the mild and spicy versions stand out more. This is still a great jar and would be outstanding on Chinese cuisine. If you are wanting to try a well-executed Szechuan chili oil but do not want the insane heat of the "Spicy" version, this jar is for you
