Original Chili Crisp

Crafted with smoked shiitakes and a quartet of chiles, this chili crisp is unusual in it's choice of an olive-oil base. Notes of sesame and a heavy-handed umami character, this chili crisp could be used on less traditional food pairings such as pizza, grilled meats or veggies, and of course, dumplings.
