Sao Noi Chili Oil with Lemongrass

This sweet and spicy jar would be great on Vietnamese, Cambodian, or really any cuisine that you'd like a bit of lemongrass on! It has a very unique flavor that is very agreeable, and is in what we'd call our ideal spot for a well rounded heat (6-7). A jar everyone should have in their pantry!
