White Mausu Smoky Chili Oil

Oh, man this is good. White Mausu knocked it out of the park, the oil is carefully infused in a two-step process, and they added Morita chilies, a type of Chipotle, to bring a deep, fruity, smoky richness to the mix. We can attest to the fruity notes here, we don't look at flavor notes before testing the jars ourselves, and "oooo fruity!" was the first thing to be voiced into the air. Following the fruit is a deep smoky flavor.

This is a chili oil with endless possibilities. It’s perfect for the usuals – drizzling over rice, vegetables, beans, or eggs – but honestly we could see it being used on Mexican food, stir fries, the list goes on.
